Contacted steve at Copingcovers.com about a small leak in the flat roof over the bay window. His professional and honest opinion was that there was nothing wrong with the flat roof and the problem was with the main roof.
The roof was examined and found to be worn out. The roof was replaced with new tiles and modern felt. The work was done to a high standard. The party walls were also in a bad state; they were repaired, then covered with metal covers which will stop any damp problems in the future.
